Online resources: Abstract: Highly efficient, one pot synthesis of N-aryl, 1,4-dihydopyridines was carried out by four component reaction. Synthesized 1,4-dihydropyridines were screened for their cytotoxicity against A549 cell line. All the synthesized compounds exhibited better DPPH radical scavenging activity.
